We are looking for other testimonials from past girls, and will hopefully be adding to this page in the near future.

Read what Durham Girls' Choir Alumni have to say about their experiences with the choir:

The Durham Girls' Choir introduced me to lifelong friends and experiences that I will remember forever.

Kristi L., DGC member for 8 years. Currently at UOIT.

Being a leader in the DGC gave me the confidence to break out of my shell and try new things when I got to university.

Anna V., DGC member for 9 years. Currently at Queens University.

The Durham Girls' Choir was to me, an unmatched experience to meet lifelong friends and to gain the self confidence to grow and become a confident and enthusiastic young woman.

Jessica B., DGC member 9 years. Currently at Queens University.

Being a member of the DGC for four years was a fantastic experience! The rehearsals and camp training taught me how to sight-read music and I learned excellent voice control and confidence. I also made great friends who I still talk to years later. During my time with the DGC, I participated in the 2007 European Tour and traveled to Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic - what an adventure! We performed in beautiful locations all over Europe, competed in an international music festival and explored all the sights.
